Return Policy

Our goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase. For this reason, we offer you the option of an exchange within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Register your return by email to info@dressbymeli.de within the stated period of 7 days. Our staff will be happy to assist you and help you with all further steps.

After you notify us of your return, you have 7 calendar days to return the product. The return must arrive at our warehouse by the 7th day.

Please note that a refund of the purchase amount or a return is excluded. The exchange can either be for a different size (if available) or a different model. There is also the option to redeem the exchange for a voucher. Please note that all applicable shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Please understand that we only accept unworn and undamaged items. The dress must be undamaged, including all tags, and must show no signs of use. Please ensure the dress is carefully packed to avoid damage during return transport.

Sale dresses cannot be exchanged and cannot be returned.

Here are the conditions for returning an item:

  • The item must be unworn and in its original condition with all tags still attached.
  • The item must be free of any marks or stains, including makeup and spray tan.
  • The item must be free of odors, including deodorant, perfume, body odor or washing powder scent.
  • Dress by Meli reserves the right to refuse returns that are outside the return period or that were not received in their original condition. In such cases, the package will be returned to the customer and any shipping costs will not be reimbursed by Dress by Meli.

Return procedure

Register your return by e-mail to info@dressbymeli.de within the specified period of 7 days, stating your name and order number.

After approval, you will receive instructions for your return.

Pack the dress carefully and return the dress in the original packaging to the address provided.

Once we have received and inspected your parcel, we will process your exchange request or credit note.

Returns must be processed within 7 working days
