🛍️ Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. At Dress by Meli, we offer you the opportunity to exchange your item within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

🔄 Exchange or Store Credit

Please note that we do not offer refunds. Instead, you have the following options:

  • Exchange for a different size (subject to availability), or
  • Receive a store credit, valid for 1 year, which you can use at any time.

📦 All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

📧 How to Register a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Within 7 days of receiving your order, send an email to dressbymeli@outlook.de with your name and order number.
  2. Our customer support team will get back to you with instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Once confirmed, carefully package the item in its original packaging and return it to the address provided.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or issue your store credit promptly.

⏱️ The return must arrive at our warehouse within 7 calendar days after your return request has been submitted.

 

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Worn, damaged, or items without original tags will not be accepted.

 

✅ Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Item must be unworn and in its original condition.
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • No traces of makeup, self-tanner, stains, or marks.
  • Item must be odor-free, including no scent of perfume, deodorant, body odor, or detergent.
  • Please ensure that the item is carefully packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

Dress by Meli reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the stated conditions or are received after the return period. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

 

⏳ Processing Time

Returns are typically processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your package. You will be notified by email once your request has been completed.
